Bondbröd

A classic and rustic farmhouse bread that can be combined with all kinds of toppings. A slightly lighter bread for the whole family and every day. It contains whole grain wheat and rye flour from Swedish farms.
Of course, you can also bake it in a form, so you don’t have to knead and shape the dough.

Tyskt Lantbröd

Lantbröd is a typical rye bread from Germany: moist, with a strong bread flavour and rich thanks to the high proportion of wholemeal rye flour.
Of course, you can also bake it in a form, so you don’t have to knead and shape the dough.
It makes a perfect evening sandwich or snack with toppings like ham and cheese, but also goes well with jam and marmalade for breakfast.

Rågfullkornsbröd

Rye wholegrain bread is a strong and rich bread with a mild sourdough flavor. Like all our whole grain breads, it is very high in fiber.
It is suitable for all kinds of toppings, but we think it is best suited as a hearty shrimp sandwich.

Dinkelbröd

Spelt bread is a tasty wholemeal bread made from wholemeal spelt flour with sesame, flaxseed and sunflower seeds.
It is healthy and moist, with the typical taste of spelt: nutty and very tasty. Pure food joy!

Fullkornsbröd

Wholemeal bread is rich in fiber and moist thanks to wholemeal rye and spelt flour, as well as flax, sesame and sunflower seeds.
We recommend that you add a grated carrot to the dough: it not only looks nice but makes the bread extra moist. If you don’t want it, just leave it out and add a splash more water to the dough.
A healthy and filling bread that is perfect for breakfast, snack or evening bread.

Sockerkringlor

Brighten up your coffee with juicy, delicious sugar pretzels! Staying fresh very long thanks to cold fermentation: keep the dough in the fridge for 1-2 days.
A high proportion of wholemeal spelt flour and a long fermentation time make the dough particularly easy to digest and give it a great flavour.
The pretzels can be frozen. Just defrost them whenever you like them for your coffee.

Kavring

Kavring is a great bread for all holidays throughout the year.
Enhance your buffet with a spicy yet mild bread flavour that goes well with herring, salmon, ham and cheese.

Surdegsbaguette

Rustic sourdough baguette, long lasting thanks to cold fermentation: Leave the dough in the fridge for 1-2 days.
You get two delicious sourdough baguettes of about 500 g each.
For even more Mediterranean flavour, you can enhance the dough with olives, feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, etc.

Danskt Rågbröd

Danskt Rågbröd is a coarse and robust bread with a fine and mild flavour.
A strong rye bread with sunflower and flaxseed that goes perfectly with a really good cheese.
